Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: June 6, 2026
Our commitment
Compare Legal Software is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe that buying legal software should be straightforward for everyone who works at a law firm, regardless of how they access the web.
Standards we follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.
What we do
To support that goal, we work to:
- Use semantic HTML so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
- Provide meaningful text alternatives for images that convey information.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- Make all interactive elements reachable and operable by keyboard.
- Label form fields and surface clear error messages.
- Avoid relying on color alone to communicate status, errors, or required fields.
- Design layouts that reflow cleanly on mobile and desktop screens.
- Test pages with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
Known limitations
We are improving accessibility on an ongoing basis. Some content, particularly third-party embeds and older articles, may not yet meet our target standard. If you run into a barrier, please tell us so we can prioritize a fix.
Browsers and assistive technologies
Our site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and with widely used assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. We recommend keeping your browser and assistive technology up to date for the best experience.
